Also called the Caravan City due to the number of trading costers that are in the town.  

Leader:  Lady Rhessajan Ambermantle with her three advisors, Burdan Hlathiman, Deep Ulurnan, and Phantar Naelannon.  They try and rule based on what is most profitable for the merchants and the city and consult a group of merchants.

There are many shops for outfitting caravans but they don't have a good selection of adventuring gear.  Any adventurers need to cobble together their own supplies by going to each and seeing what they can find.  They can also go to the trading costers warehouses and see if they can buy from there but as they don't like to sell to individuals, it's triple the price for anything they sell.
