Nesme

Recent Timeline

1375 DR - Nesme was attacked by a large contingent of trolls. The town won but it was costly. They got help from several towns nearby who hadn't been hit.

1380 DR - Nesme was attacked again, this time by orcs and goblins. While usually not a threat, the town had lost a lot of population that it had never recovered.

1388 DR - A group of nobles arrived from Waterdeep and started to rebuild Nesme. They put up stone walls with the help of nearby dwarves and rebuilt the Riders ranks. They brought in an influx of people and capital and worked to rebuild the city.

1392 DR - Hill giants attacked outside while goblins and orcs attacked from within. The nobles that weren't killed decided that trying to bring civilization to the town and left. They left behind a lot of people who weren't able to leave.

1393 DR - Alyona Kramkova, one of the leading riders, took the mantle of the First Lord of the city and rebuilt it. They have just finished a successful harvest and repairs on the walls. They hope to have the gates done next year. Every wary of another attack, Alyona has tasked several of her captains to hire adventurers to thin out the area of danger.
