We start with the lich fight.  

They win.  

Turns out the gold dragon and the control room are the phlactory, so they have to destroy it.  He gives them the only thing he owned.  

Then, they found out about an orc army and go check it out.  

GM Notes

• I made a big mistake.  I had them go after something big, an orc army.  But to do so, requires an army.  if we had been playing Pathfinder, they probably could have done it themselves as high level characters.  But (Strand of) Fate as a system won't let that happen.  So, this was too much of a political fight.  However.  Brook's insight into this is that they want to be the heroes directly, not the head of an army stopping something.  More of the scalpel.   
• Instead, I should have had them go after a cult in a town, which would let them do that.  So, I stopped the session and we talked about it.  Now to plan for this.
