My lungs felt as if they would burst, but I could not bring myself out. I could not draw breath. A few moments ago I had seen Cabal effortlessly emerge from the pool with no ill effects. I had been under no longer than he, and I could not bring myself out. Though I was trapped, it truly wasn't what a rouge would call a trap. It was easy to figure out how to get out, but another matter entirely to get out.
The things I saw while in the pool were astonishing and beautiful and when I thought too much about where they were coming from, it made me sick.
A couple of days ago, we were in the city
