**Dual Liked Quantum Cannons "Quirk": Every time you fire, you roll a d6-3, so the range is -2 to 3. Then, this is applied to the damage dice rolled. The role playing explanation is that there is a small power surge in some part of it that adds or pulls power from the shot. Then, more than half the time (66%), the quirk adds nothing or gives a bonus but can at points take a few dice away
