• The Aegean flu epidemic seems to be winding down. While there still have been some new cases reported, they have been contained well. Vaccines are being made available to the public at no cost.
• Even during the bad times, some are doing well. Let's hear it for the Archangel Trading Consortium, who acquired their third ship! Hopefully they keep their prices down!
• In related Archangel Trading Constortium news, Molly Jansen has been seen with the Archangel's front person, Vince Depaulos. The governor said it was great as Molly seems to be more productive than ever. He has offered to let the couple use his chateaus in the southern reach for a getaway and to make sure Molly keeps this energy.
• Tri vid star Josefine Dorfler, who was in such classics as "My Fair Mechanic", "Shakespeare in Space" and "Manos, Hand of Fate", passed away on Thursday. She was young, at 91 years, and had at least two more tri vid shows in her.
• BlackGrid is claiming that several alien ships that are cloaked have arrived in system and are watching us. He isn't sure of their purpose but thinks it won't be good. He claims they have weapons of mass destruction and the government is already talking to them about surrender.
• Preacher is claiming that several of the bodies of young men that have shown up have unusual markings on them that the medical community is ignoring. He thinks that new devices are being tested on people without it having passed safety inspections. And it's causing fatalities or at least brain death.
• Pirate attacks in Meriden are down. However, they up near Zin Point and Titania. It's unclear how much damage has been sustained by the mining operations there. No attacks have happened in Hammer's Star recently.
